1. Digital Products & Services
At HUKGEN (operated by RHITURONG MULTIMEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED), we provide digital AI-based tools (Day-Pass / Subscriptions). Due to the digital nature of instant AI generations, all sales are generally final once the service has been accessed or utilized.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases where a technical failure occurred on our end, preventing the user from accessing the purchased feature, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
3. Cancellation
Users can cancel their active session pass at any time. However, no partial refunds are provided for unused time on a 24-hour Day-Pass.
