We grant you a non-exclusive, personal right to use the generated hooks and thumbnail texts for your own personal or commercial content creation (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). You may not use automated scripts to scrape or mass-generate content from our API.
3. Subscription & Day-Pass
Our "$1 Day-Pass" provides 24 hours of unlimited AI generations. Prices are subject to change. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on HUKGEN are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no guarantees that the generated hooks will guarantee virality or specific view counts on social media platforms.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
